Placing your order

Please navigate through our website to the shop to find all items currently available. You will be able to select the size of plant that you desire and add to your cart. If there is any errors or something is out of stock please do not hesitate to get in touch. If I don’t reply to a contact request please send another email or call/text me.

About our plants

Our absolute priority is to deliver the highest quality of plants possible to our customers, That is why we believe in supplying fully established potted plants only. Here is a guide of out plant sizes measured from leaf tip - leaf tip.

Postage

We pride ourselves on making sure that the plants arrive to you in the best possible condition. In winter months we use heat pack and insulated foil bubble wrap for protection therefore we can ship all year and have never had a problem! All of out plants are sent potted unless otherwise stated. All pre-orders from imports are sent bare root.

We currently send once a week with DPD next day, or Royal Mail Special Delivery if orders are of high value. Please allow up to 10 day during summer for dispatch, but we aim for less than that. I am a dental student, thus, between September-March please be aware that dispatch times may be longer. If the plants need to be there for a certain time, or to not arrive during a certain period please get in touch.

Please provide us with an accurate address and telephone number, if there is a mistake we will not be held responsible.

Please also inform us if you are going to be unable to receive a package at any point. If we are not informed then we will not be held responsible.

Please make sure that you will be in or have somewhere safe for the item to be left when the item arrives.

EU ORDERS: We can send to a limited number of countries with DPD, however, it is your responsibility to check the rules in your country of arrival, and we offer no form of guarantee, shipments are at your own risk, any issues or expenses will be your responsibility. We are yet to have a parcel not arrive.

The safe and satisfactory delivery of plants is guaranteed within the UK, following the terms bellow. EU orders are not guaranteed, we will not take the responsibility for any customs issues or delays, we will ask for a declaration prior to dispatch, it is your responsibility to check the rules in your country of arrival. Dispatch of EU orders may be up to 2 months. EU orders cannot be cancelled.

Please note, it is exceptionally difficult to keep track of stocks and some items run out without us noticing. If we notice an issue we will contact you and try to come up with a solution. Similarly, many things that are marked with ‘out of stock’ we may still have so get in touch.

• Orders can only be cancelled under special circumstances. Delayed dispatch is only a suitable reason to cancel the order if the order has not been dispatched after 21 full days. This does not count for pre-orders for shipments.

• We reserve the right to offer partial refunds if the size of plant ordered is not the size received due to stocks, however, we will try to make you aware earlier.

• If there is an error with the address, name, or contact details we will take no responsibility for any issues. If an order is stolen or damaged in your safe space we take no responsibility.

• If plants are not delivered to a person, and instead a safe space, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages to the plant.

• EU orders are not guaranteed under any circumstances.

• Christmas Guarantee: For items guaranteed for Christmas delivery tracking details will be provided and this only accounts for the first delivery atempt. If it does not arrive before you will receive a 10% discount. EU orders are not applicable for Guaranteed Christmas delivery.
